Description

You will design, code, test, and debug custom GIS applications and enterprise solutions within an Esri ArcGIS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized web, mobile, and enterprise applications using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10x and 11x.
• Build geoprocessing services, GIS web services, and web editing/mapping applications.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into secure, commented, and maintainable code.
• Maintain, upgrade, and migrate existing applications and services to current system architectures.
• Conduct performance, unit, system, integration, and quality assurance testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application programming, implementation, and support.
• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS technologies including Javascript API, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Portal, Online, Hub, and Field Maps.
• Experience integrating GIS solutions with .NET applications and SharePoint websites.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle/Oracle Exadata and SQL Server databases.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Front-end development skills including HTML, HTML5, CSS, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with Angular, Dojo, and Kendo UI.
• Version control experience using Git.
• Ability to work with enterprise reporting tools such as OBIEE, Data Visualizer, or Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a structured SDLC following established technical standards.
• Background in supporting large-scale enterprise GIS services and databases.
