Description

Design, develop, and support custom GIS applications and enterprise solutions. Own the full lifecycle from requirements to maintenance, ensuring secure, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized web, mobile, and enterprise GIS applications and web services using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Create geoprocessing services and GIS web editing/mapping applications.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into secure, commented, and maintainable code.
• Conduct performance, unit, system, integration, and quality assurance testing.
• Maintain, upgrade, and migrate existing applications and services to current architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application programming, implementation, and support.
• Hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise (10x, 11x), including Javascript API, Experience Builder, ArcGIS Portal/Online/Hub, and Field Maps.
• Proficiency with Oracle/Oracle Exadata and SQL Server databases.
• Experience integrating GIS solutions with .NET applications and SharePoint.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, HTML5, XML, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as OBIEE, Data Visualizer, or Power BI.
• Ability to work within an established SDLC and follow technical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a hybrid environment with local availability to the Atlanta, GA area.
