Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom web, mobile, and enterprise GIS solutions using Esri technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop geoprocessing, web services, and mapping applications using Esri ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online.
• Build and customize widgets using the Esri JavaScript SDK and Esri Experience Builder.
• Automate data processing workflows through ETL scripts and Python/ArcPy.
• Conduct performance, unit, integration, and quality assurance testing for GIS applications.
• Migrate existing systems to current architectures and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with PL/SQL and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience with Python scripting or ArcPy.
• 4+ years of experience developing Esri ArcGIS Server services and GeoProcessing services.
• 3+ years of experience as an administrator for ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, or Hub.
• 3+ years of experience with Esri Web/Experience Builder and Arcade.
• 3+ years of experience with Desktop GIS (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap).
• 2+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Bachelor’s degree in geography, GIS, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of geospatial concepts, IT security patterns, and geodatabase administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Esri Geoevent Server, Roads and Highways, Image Server, or FME.
• Knowledge of linear referencing systems, dynamic segmentation, or transportation data models.
• Esri Developer/Enterprise Certification or URISA GISP certification.
