Description

You will design and develop customized web applications, geoprocessing services, and GIS mapping solutions using .NET and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Build geoprocessing and GIS web services and web editing applications.
• Develop enterprise solutions and mobile applications aligned with system architecture.
• Conduct performance, unit, system, and integration testing to ensure quality.
• Maintain, upgrade, and migrate existing applications to current versions.
• Automate data processing via ETL scripts and ensure data security controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Esri ArcGIS platform and geoprocessing.
• Ability to design and consume Web Services.
• Skills in data visualization tools such as OBIEE and Power BI.
• Experience with performance and quality assurance testing.
• Ability to document GIS solutions and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring GIS staff and collaborating on IT project teams.
• Background in complex troubleshooting and system correction.
