Description

You will build and maintain customized web, mobile, and enterprise GIS solutions. You own the development lifecycle from design to support.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized web applications, web services, and geoprocessing services.
• Build GIS web editing and mapping applications using Esri frameworks.
• Execute performance, unit, system, integration, and quality assurance testing.
• Maintain, upgrade, and migrate existing applications to current architectures.
• Estimate work effort and provide end-user technical support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of programming and application development experience.
• 6+ years of Python scripting (beyond ArcPy) and PL/SQL or SQL.
• 6+ years of Esri JavaScript API experience, including custom widget development.
• 6+ years of Esri ArcGIS Server and GeoProcessing services development.
• 4+ years of administration with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal, or Hub.
• 4+ years with HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, Git, HTML5, Dojo, Kendo UI, Angular, or Dijit.
• 3+ years of Esri Web/Experience Builder and Arcade experience.
• 3+ years of Desktop GIS experience (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap) and user administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Geodatabase administration in multi-user versioned environments.
• Experience with Esri Roads and Highways, dynamic segmentation, and transportation data models.
