Description

Develop and maintain geospatial applications across native iOS, web, and server environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop native iOS apps incorporating mapping and location services using Swift and Xcode.
• Build and maintain web applications consuming GIS data using JavaScript and Typescript.
• Integrate GIS web services (ArcGIS Server/Online, GeoServer, Mapbox) with RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain geoprocessing tools using Python and ArcPy, deploying services to ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Maintain well-documented code and participate in the full lifecycle of GIS application development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Swift and Xcode for native iOS development.
• Experience with ArcGIS Runtime SDK for iOS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript for web development.
• Familiarity with Python and ArcPy for geospatial processing.
• Experience integrating with GIS services like ArcGIS Server/Online.
• Knowledge of mapping libraries such as Leaflet or Mapbox GL JS.
• Experience with source control software for code maintenance.
