You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SCORM content within the Learning Management System.
Responsibilities
- Download, rename, and organize SCORM files in designated holding drives.
- Upload SCORM files to the LMS, ensuring all files are coded and placed correctly.
- Document detailed troubleshooting steps, completed tasks, and current task statuses.
- Identify and utilize correct knowledge documents, SOPs, job aids, and support materials.
- Maintain timelines for deliverables and communicate progress to decision makers.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant administrative role.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) functions.
- Experience managing SCORM files and content deployment.
- Proficiency with cloud-based systems.
- Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ability to follow strict policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Understanding of security risks and the implications of operating outside of defined authority.
- Any Graduate degree.
