Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SCORM content within the Learning Management System.

Responsibilities

  • Download, rename, and organize SCORM files in designated holding drives.
  • Upload SCORM files to the LMS, ensuring all files are coded and placed correctly.
  • Document detailed troubleshooting steps, completed tasks, and current task statuses.
  • Identify and utilize correct knowledge documents, SOPs, job aids, and support materials.
  • Maintain timelines for deliverables and communicate progress to decision makers.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) functions.
  • Experience managing SCORM files and content deployment.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based systems.
  • Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ability to follow strict policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Understanding of security risks and the implications of operating outside of defined authority.
  • Any Graduate degree.
