Description

You will lead the development and design of ETL and data warehouse projects using Ab Initio.

Responsibilities

• Design Ab Initio solutions using metaprogramming, PDL, and generic frameworks.
• Build data ingestion, storage, and processing workflows using AWS S3 and Redshift.
• Develop big data pipelines within the Hadoop ecosystem using HDFS, Spark, and Hive.
• Execute cloud-based data migration and integration for data warehouse modernization.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote high-quality engineering standards within Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Ab Initio, including metaprogramming and PDL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically S3 and Redshift.
• Proficiency with Hadoop ecosystem tools: HDFS, Spark, and Hive.
• Proven experience in data migration, integration, and cloud data workflows.
• Strong background in data warehousing and enterprise-grade ETL solution design.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to identify technical enablers and effort required for enterprise data delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Banking domain.
