Description

You will design and lead complex data integration solutions, translating business requirements into technical implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration and management processes using Talend.
• Monitor and optimize data infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
• Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Lead technical teams in onsite and offshore delivery models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL architecture and data design.
• Hands-on expertise with Talend for data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, Oracle, Hive, and Netezza.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Sqoop, Hive, and Spark.
• Strong command of Python, XML, and AWS Cloud.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, design principles, and metadata management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop complex technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing teams in an onsite/offshore model.
