Description

You will architect and lead complex data integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and propose high-level diagrams for overall system architecture.
• Lead inception sessions to define project scope and generate user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-to-end data loading, including pre-load validation, execution, and post-load verification.
• Optimize migration processes for performance, managing configuration adjustments for large data volumes to meet SLAs.
• Harvest project collateral to build repeatable processes and create new data processing tooling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in a technical capacity building complex ETL Data Integration frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL and ELT concepts.
• 3+ years leading design review sessions with technical and business groups.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity for complex data transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance domain (policies, claims, billing, underwriting).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC) frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
