Description

You will design and build complex ETL data integration frameworks for large-scale migration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level system architecture diagrams and propose technical solutions.
• Lead inception sessions to define project scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-to-end data loading, including validation, execution, and post-load verification.
• Optimize migration processes for performance to meet SLAs for large data volumes.
• Create tooling to streamline data processing and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in a technical capacity building complex ETL data integration frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL and ELT concepts.
• 3+ years leading design review sessions to build consensus among technical and business participants.
• 3+ years leading complex data transformation initiatives, including mentoring.
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain (policies, claims, billing, underwriting).
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC) frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory.
• Previous large-scale data migration experience from mainframe or complex legacy systems.
