Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of data warehouse, business intelligence, and data migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ETL development lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation.
• Lead and mentor assigned staff, providing technical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with data and BI architects to design scalable data solutions and ETL frameworks.
• Strategize roadmap projects and manage the data mart life cycle development.
• Present complex ETL documentation and designs to technical and business leaders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience designing, developing, and testing ETL interfaces.
• 3+ years of experience in an architect or lead capacity.
• Expertise in data warehousing concepts, database design patterns, and ETL methodologies.
• Experience processing and transforming massive quantities of data, including data cleansing and quality management.
• Proficiency in database performance tuning for both ETL and database processes.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin data modeling tools.
• Strong automation skills using UNIX Shell and Python scripting.
• Experience with Amazon AWS and Snowflake cloud technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Knowledge of healthcare systems such as QNXT, CCA, or EDIFECS.
