Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of data warehouse, business intelligence, and data migration projects.

You will own the end-to-end ETL development lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation.

You will lead and mentor assigned staff, providing technical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.

You will collaborate with data and BI architects to design scalable data solutions and ETL frameworks.

You will strategize roadmap projects and manage the data mart life cycle development.

You will present complex ETL documentation and designs to technical and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ETL development lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Lead and mentor engineering staff with technical supervision and feedback.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable data solutions and frameworks.
• Manage data mart life cycle development and roadmap strategy.
• Present technical designs and documentation to business and technical leaders.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience designing, developing, and testing ETL interfaces.
• 3+ years in an architect or lead capacity.
• Expertise in data warehousing concepts, database design patterns, and ETL methodologies.
• Experience processing and transforming massive quantities of data, including cleansing and quality management.
• Proficiency in database performance tuning for ETL and database processes.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin data modeling tools.
• Strong automation skills using UNIX Shell and Python scripting.
• Experience with Amazon AWS and Snowflake cloud technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS).
• Knowledge of healthcare systems such as QNXT, CCA, or EDIFECS.
