You define technical ETL specifications and data integrity requirements for wealth management systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state processes to define future state technical and business solutions.
• Write detailed technical extract specifications including data attributes, headers, trailers, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop reconciliation requirements to ensure data integrity between generated and received files.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive requirement gathering and decision-making.
• Create presentations to communicate high-level requirements, solutions, and cost-benefit analyses to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst writing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong ETL and data testing experience to understand underlying data flows and processing.
• Deep knowledge of Wealth Management or Trade Platform file structures and processing.
• Proven ability to write technical specifications for new file generation and data sanitization.
• Experience in Wealth Front Office or operations.
• Consulting experience from firms such as EY, Capco, or Deloitte focused on Wealth Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• BA in Economics, Finance, or a related financial educational background.
• Industry certification such as CSC or CFA.
