Description

You will design, build, and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines and data conversion projects using Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and performance-tuned queries for SQL Server 2016+.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) following best practices.
• Execute large-scale data migration and conversion projects, including database architecture and schema design.
• Deploy and administer database platforms on Windows Server, ensuring high availability via Always On Availability Groups, Database Mirroring, or Log Shipping.
• Develop automation components and application logic using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 through current), T-SQL development, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• 5+ years of experience in database architecture, data modeling, schema design, and data migration.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2008 through current) and database platform deployment/administration.
• 4+ years of experience developing automation using Microsoft .NET technologies, including PowerShell scripting, ASP.NET, and C#.
• 4+ years of experience implementing SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Experience with cloud database platforms (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) and migration tools (Azure Data Factory).
• Familiarity with T-SQL unit testing (tSQLt), automated database CI/CD (Git/Azure DevOps), and BI tooling (SSRS, Power BI).
