Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using Ab Initio tools, Metadata Hub and related technologies to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions for customer exposure systems.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications and system development activities.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct comprehensive testing and debugging.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts providing guidance and mentorship.
• Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement effective solutions.
• Resolve technical issues by identifying and selecting solutions through applications of acquired technical experience.
• Operate with independence of judgement and autonomy while exercising limited direct supervision requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members providing technical guidance.
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for firm reputation and compliance requirements.

Experience Required: 6+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
