Description

You will modernize and migrate BI data assets, including ETL jobs, source tables, and analytical datasets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build, refactor, and optimize complex SQL transformations.
• Analyze and document end-to-end data lineage to enable safe decommissioning of legacy assets.
• Design analytical data models and support semantic layers for consistent metrics.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and certification practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex transformations and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Python.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, including Batch, S3, and EC2.
• Experience migrating legacy warehouse tables and ETL jobs.
• Ability to map workflows and scheduling dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Business Objects Universe for semantic layer support.
