Description

You will build and maintain enterprise data warehousing components and automated data pipelines. You own the technical specifications, programming, and testing for these components. Your work includes creating ETL workflows using change data capture (CDC) to move data to cloud providers. You implement automated pipelines, stored procedures, and functions through configuration and scripting. You collaborate with architecture and BI teams to follow design best practices and enterprise programming standards. You participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation to support the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications, code, and tests for data engineering components.
• Build ETL workflows using CDC to migrate data to cloud environments.
• Implement automated pipelines, stored procedures, and functions via scripting.
• Collaborate with architecture and BI teams on design standards.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation for platform support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and enterprise data warehousing.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Python, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Oracle, EDB PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and StreamSets.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux OS.
• Ability to automate repeatable processes and implement change control.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with near-realtime data pipelines and traditional EDW workflows.
