You will build and manage data pipelines to enable data-driven decision-making for contact center strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design analytical approaches to solve complex data problems and business needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and Java.
• Apply descriptive and advanced statistical techniques to data sets.
• Implement validation techniques to ensure data quality before delivering insights.
• Communicate findings through visual storytelling and clear technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of independent experience in data engineering and core analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with ETL/ELT development and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT (data build tool).
• Experience using Control M for job scheduling.
• Competency in Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis.
• Ability to use Tableau for data visualization.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of stream processing using Kafka or Kinesis.
