You will build and manage data pipelines to support contact center strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and Java.
• Determine analytical approaches to solve specific business problems.
• Apply descriptive and advanced statistical techniques to analyze data.
• Validate data and insights before delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate findings through visual storytelling and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Experience using DBT (data build tool).
• Knowledge of Java.
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stream processing tools like Kafka or Kinesis.
• Familiarity with DataStage, Control-M, or Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Streamlit, or Lumira.
