Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data solutions for enterprise data warehouse environments. You own the translation of business requirements and data mapping documents into technical designs, ensuring high-quality delivery of specific projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute unit tests; support system integration and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate progress, risks, and blockers.
• Optimize data processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on data engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development within enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as IBM DataStage.
• 5+ years of experience with database programming and data processing.
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including migration projects.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Professional level).
• Experience defining data warehouse roadmaps and future-state architectures.
