ETL Data Lead

You will lead data migration and ETL processes for large-scale data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Map customer data structures from as-is to future state organizations.
• Assess system data sensitivity using security categorizations like FIPS 199 to protect PII, PHI, and FTI.
• Perform ETL from multiple disparate sources, including data conversion, cleansing, and consolidation.
• Develop and implement reports based on specific business process requirements.
• Manage data migration validation, testing, and overall test management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience mapping customer data structures and organization.
• 5+ years of experience with security categorization (e.g., FIPS 199) to protect PII, PHI, and FTI.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases and database toolsets.
• 5+ years of experience performing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) from disparate sources.
• 5+ years of experience developing reports based on business requirements.
• 4+ years of experience in data migration validation, testing, and test management.
• 2+ years of experience as a project data lead handling migrations of at least 300 million records.
• Bachelor’s degree.
