Description

You will design and develop scalable software for acquiring, analyzing, and cleansing time series data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions for time series data acquisition, analysis, and cleansing.
• Implement algorithms for trend detection, anomaly detection, and time series analysis.
• Enhance existing systems to improve performance and integrate new technologies.
• Apply DevOps best practices and maintain high standards for code quality and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience working on financial projects.
• Expertise in Python and either C# or Java.
• Strong SQL and database programming skills, preferably with MS SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.
• Hands-on experience using ETL/ELT tools.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Experience with automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, PySpark, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Xenomorph Timescape EDM+ or other vendor time series management products.
• Knowledge of Market Risk.
