Description

You will lead the Enterprise Data Warehouse function and execute the enterprise analytics data engineering strategy. You define the vision for data warehousing and business intelligence, acting as the primary link between IT and business units.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data elements and structures that enable analytical capabilities.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team including ETL Engineers, Solutions Architects, and BI Analysts.
• Coordinate with data engineering and software development teams to ensure appropriate capture and storage of key data points.
• Set technology standards and business process protocols for the data warehouse.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence environments.
• Expertise in ETL architecture and ETL mappings.
• Experience with data modeling, data processing, and data management.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise system data architecture and data storage solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
