Description

Provide first-line administrative support for ETL platforms across development, quality, and production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ETL admin mailbox, resolving support requests and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure environment stability.
• Execute platform upgrades, AMI refreshes, and patching for Informatica and SnapLogic.
• Onboard new projects onto SnapLogic and provide technical support for their deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain platform operational health.
• Communicate technical resolutions to users and clients daily.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL administration.
• Informatica product suite expertise: PowerCenter, Data Quality, ILM, TDM, MDM, and IICS.
• SnapLogic platform support and deployment experience.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with JAWS analytics.
• Bachelor's degree.
