Description

You will build and maintain ETL pipelines, SQL procedures, and Unix scripts within a standard SDLC framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop new ETL jobs and enhance existing data pipelines.
• Write, test, and deploy SQL code and stored procedures.
• Maintain and enhance Unix shell scripts for automation.
• Deploy, schedule, and manage ETL processes and SQL code.
• Provide production support as part of an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• Expert-level proficiency in IBM DataStage.
• Experience with at least one additional ETL tool (Informatica or Ab Initio).
• Mid-level proficiency in Unix/Shell scripting.
• 3+ years of professional experience in ETL development.
• Familiarity with standard code deployment processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Java.
• Knowledge of healthcare data.
