Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL design and development using IBM DataStage and Python.
• Optimize SQL queries and scripts for Snowflake and relational databases.
• Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and data processing.
• Manage and resolve incidents to minimize business impact.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development with IBM DataStage and Python.
• Strong experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with incident and change management processes (ITIL framework preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Columbus, OH.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
