Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines to move information across systems using real-time and batch processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable data solutions to migrate data from multiple sources across various systems.
• Build automation solutions for data engineering tasks using Agile methodologies.
• Support production applications by investigating defects, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes.
• Provide production support and communicate clearly regarding incident resolutions.
• Enhance existing data engineering implementations to improve reliability and scale.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 4-6 years of ETL experience specifically using DataStage, Unix, SQL, and Control-M.
• Experience delivering data engineering solutions using SAS, AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, EMR, PySpark, Data lake), Python, Snowflake, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sources including databases and text data files.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
• Knowledge of Informatica.
• Knowledge of Java.
