Description

Lead DevOps automation and manage complex software deployments in an Agile environment.

You will own the build and release pipelines, managing deployment schedules, risks, and impediments. Lead technical teams to design automated solutions and collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs. Provide technical estimates, formalize release plans, and track infrastructure dependencies. Coach junior members and manage external contracts. Ensure deep understanding of Microservices and API deployment strategies. Implement build branching strategies and foster DevOps culture. Manage complex deployments for large organizations using strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record with automation tools for builds and deployments.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Supervisor.
• Deep understanding of Microservices and API strategies.
• Expertise in build branching and DevOps culture.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kanban or managing DevOps organizations.
• Background in professional services or database development.
