Description

You will own advanced ETL development and data management within SQL Server environments.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is generated.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced ETL processes for data residing in SQL Server.
• Translate Oracle-based PeopleSoft business rules into efficient T-SQL scripts for SQL Server loading.
• Design, deploy, and manage standardized, centralized data sources.
• Troubleshoot, support, and maintain existing ETL processes.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, migration, and error handling.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in T-SQL and SSIS/SSMS development.
• 3+ years of experience in ETL development and moving large data sets.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SSIS, SSMS, and T-SQL.
• Experience working with RDBMS architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related business field.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for data interpretation and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft (HRMS or Finance), Visual Studio, or Azure.
• Knowledge of ERD modeling, maintenance, and data mining methods.
• Background in health/life insurance, accounting, financials, or investment data.
