Description

You will perform senior-level ETL development for a multi-year data conversion project migrating legacy PeopleSoft data to a cloud solution.

Responsibilities

• Translate business rules from Oracle-based PeopleSoft developers into efficient T-SQL scripts for SQL Server loading.
• Extract, transform, and load data from Oracle databases into an in-house SQL Server environment.
• Design, deploy, and manage standardized, centralized data sources.
• Troubleshoot, support, and maintain existing ETL processes developed by the team.
• Establish best practices for development, testing, migration, and error handling.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in T-SQL and SSIS/SSMS development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development.
• 3+ years of experience moving and manipulating large data sets.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL for complex data manipulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related business field.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS or Finance packages.
• Proficiency in ERD Modeling and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS architecture and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, agile iterations, and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of data mining methods.
• Background in health/life insurance, accounting, financials, or investment data.
