Description

Design and implement data pipelines and modeling solutions within a GCP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data movement processes to handle large volumes of data.
• Apply data modeling techniques to structure information effectively.
• Analyze complex data sets to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Develop advanced scripts to automate data workflows and tasks.
• Collaborate across teams to contribute to data architecture and best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with Teradata or Oracle databases.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python and Shell.
• Strong understanding of data movement techniques and large-scale data handling.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scheduling tools such as Airflow or UC4.
• Working knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica.
