Description

Lead data integration projects and manage end-to-end implementation of data warehouses and data marts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of data warehouses and data marts.
• Create design artifacts and support prototyping through Proof of Concept (POC) development.
• Lead validation activities across functional, integration, system, and user experience testing.
• Perform root-cause analysis on post-implementation issues and implement solutions.
• Mentor team members and lead knowledge transfer sessions to support system transitions.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with Informatica ETL.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with other ETL platforms such as SSIS, ODI, or CDAATA.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of data warehouses and data marts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of specialty experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Ability to work a hybrid model in Boston, MA, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
• Must be able to report to the Boston location within a 2-hour timeframe when notified.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of relational modeling, dimensional modeling, and unstructured data modeling.
• Knowledge of data integration, data quality, and data architecture.
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.
