Description

You will build and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT solutions and big data pipelines for healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT solutions using data warehouse design and database modeling methodologies.
• Build and manage big data pipelines using Hadoop and Hive.
• Develop automated data audit, validation processes, and error handling with rollback capabilities.
• Create data lineage maps and maintain technical documentation for support teams.
• Manage job scheduling, troubleshooting, database backups, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL/ELT development.
• Proficiency with Hadoop and Hive for big data pipeline management.
• Knowledge of data warehouse design best practices and database modeling.
• Experience managing automated file processing and job workflows.
• Ability to ensure data quality and compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA rules.
• Ability to work on-site in Pleasanton, CA or various client sites across the U.S.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required.
