Description

You will build and manage ETL processes to transform large datasets for end-user requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ETL processes following established standards and best practices.
• Collect, parse, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality.
• Gather business requirements to design data transformations tailored to user needs.
• Maintain and improve existing data processes and architectures for scalability.
• Investigate ETL pipeline issues, notify stakeholders, and implement solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as an ETL Developer.
• 4 to 8 years of experience with Java 8 and above.
• 2+ years of experience with Elasticsearch.
• Advanced Python scripting and senior-level Python knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills, including pivot, analytical, and hierarchical queries.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell, Java, and Git.
• In-depth knowledge of HBase, HDFS, and MapReduce (EMR).
• Experience with MongoDB and MySQL relational database design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EC2).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL, change reviews, problem management, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Background in the healthcare or insurance industry.
