Description

Build and maintain data workflows for marketing operations, focusing on audience segmentation and pipeline automation.

Responsibilities

• Build data extensions and write queries to create audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Develop and manage data processes and workflows, including ad-hoc and automated triggers.
• Create and monitor data pipelines for marketing campaigns using PySpark and Databricks.
• Provide optimized solutions for existing data process flows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or campaign management.
• Proficiency in writing PySpark code using Databricks to build data pipelines and API feeds.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift, specifically writing complex SQL for data segmentation and extraction.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing complex data process flows for performance.
