Description

You will lead end-to-end data migration activities, moving data from legacy systems into Windchill and integrated platforms. You own the extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data migration strategies to support successful system adoption.
• Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan and execute migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues while minimizing risks to project timelines.
• Provide governance and documentation throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or enterprise system implementation.
• Strong expertise in Windchill PLM and data migration strategies.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation methodologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale migration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing legacy system to target platform transitions.
• Background in engineering or data management disciplines.
