Description

You will design, develop, and support ETL applications within an Agile environment, owning the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to draft functional specifications and data flow diagrams.
• Configure mappings and workflows to integrate diverse data sources into staging areas.
• Develop database programming including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views for dimensional modeling.
• Execute SQL queries, automation scripts, and user-defined functions to perform data analysis.
• Monitor and tune performance through query optimization and server job management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, or Programmer.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata, DataStage, and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Experience with Informatica and OLAP.
• Competency in UNIX and UNIX Shell Scripting.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and flat file processing.
• Ability to implement change control systems and validation procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
