Description

Build and maintain data warehouse solutions using ETL tools, including designing job schedules and system documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build data warehouse solutions using ETL tools.
• Write, test, and upgrade ETL code for data warehouse construction.
• Design and develop automatic job schedule specifications for Control-M.
• Create design specifications for ETL processes, ensuring auditability and maintainability.
• Develop system and functional requirement documents for data processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software or database analysis, development, and support.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and toolsets including IBM Information Server and Informatica Power Center.
• Experience with Data Stage, Talend, and Abinitio.
• Working knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting.
• Ability to understand and apply physical data models to write ETL code.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to end-to-end system design for specific data mart applications.
