Description

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage to integrate data into Netezza databases, ensuring data quality and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines in IBM DataStage for Netezza data integration.
• Write optimized SQL scripts and performance-tuned queries for extraction and loading.
• Develop stored procedures and functions to streamline data processing.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor ETL jobs and resolve database performance issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ETL development experience using IBM DataStage.
• Strong expertise in SQL scripting and query optimization within Netezza.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting for ETL automation.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with job scheduling tools and data orchestration frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting ETL failures.
