Description

You will manage complex automation environments, optimize data structures, and mentor technical leads through high-level scripting and database tuning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts to manage over 60 workflows and their interdependencies.
• Design, implement, and tune SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Create and maintain SSIS packages for ETL operations to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Lead the creation of technical documentation, including ERDs, workflow dependency maps, and system design documents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT and automation.
• Expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation management.
• Strong SQL Server expertise including T-SQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SSIS development and data pipeline design.
• Application development experience using .NET or C#.
• Advanced technical writing skills for workflow mapping and data modeling.
• Ability to reverse-engineer undocumented systems into maintainable documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating comprehensive Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for complex data models.
