Description

You will lead ETL design and migration efforts, specifically transitioning workflows from Informatica PowerCenter to IICS.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, debug, and migrate Informatica code to support end-to-end data warehousing solutions.
• Handle complex ETL requirements and implement architecture improvements.
• Assess requirements for completeness, perform data discovery, and determine if they are actionable for the team.
• Develop test cases for data completeness, transformations, quality, performance, and scalability.
• Manage tasks and deadlines for the development team in a technical lead capacity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and API integration.
• Proven experience with Informatica cloud migration projects, specifically from PowerCenter to IICS.
• Strong SQL proficiency with experience in Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or AWS Redshift.
• Deep understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and SCD concepts.
• Ability to define data collection methods, data models, and transformation processes.
• Proficiency in writing shell scripts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Redshift in a cloud environment.
• Experience performing QA for large-scale migration efforts.
