Description

You will design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines within an AWS environment to support large-scale data integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Talend big data jobs to load high volumes of data into S3 data lakes using dynamic schemas.
• Develop custom UNIX and SQL scripts, stored procedures, and ETL frameworks for data extraction, auditing, and debugging.
• Create custom Jasper Reports to support business processes and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform unit testing, and provide production support for deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development or a related role.
• Proficiency with Talend and building ETL pipelines in AWS.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures.
• Experience writing custom UNIX scripts for data extraction.
• Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports.
• Knowledge of ELT processes and data quality best practices.
• Experience using Git, SVN, GitLab, Jenkins, and Nexus.
• Domain experience in retail and finance.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing ETL frameworks for automated auditing and capturing.
