Description

You will build and manage data integration processes using Teradata and Unix environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Teradata BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD, and TPT.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and apply performance tuning techniques.
  • Automate data workflows using Unix shell scripting and scheduling tools.
  • Support data movement and processing within cloud platforms and big data ecosystems.

Required Skills

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Teradata systems (BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD, TPT).
  • Strong SQL programming and performance tuning expertise.
  • Proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
  • Experience working with data scheduling tools.
  • Exposure to Big Data tools.
  • Experience working within a cloud platform.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience specifically within the Data space.
