Description

Design and implement data integration workflows to move data from various sources into SQL Server-based data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design ETL workflows for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
• Create and manage DataStage jobs, stages, and sequences using Designer, Director, and Administrator.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and loading within SQL Server.
• Implement data models using star and snowflake schemas to support reporting and analytics.
• Tune ETL processes and SQL queries to minimize processing time and improve performance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in ETL development.
• Expertise in IBM DataStage, including Designer, Director, and Administrator components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration.
• Experience with data modeling techniques like star schema and snowflake schema.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Ability to optimize job execution and transformation logic for performance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
