Description

You will lead ETL development and data integration efforts within the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering for system enhancements and new developments.
• Design solutions, execute development, and perform unit testing.
• Support SIT and UAT phases while establishing review processes and checklists.
• Manage production turnover documentation, deployment, and warranty support.
• Coordinate delivery between onshore/offshore teams and clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency with Informatica and Teradata.
• Strong SQL skills using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with Hive and data analysis.
• Functional knowledge of banking domain processes.
• Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) workflows, including transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, and case management.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
