Description

Lead ETL development and data integration efforts within the banking domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering for system enhancements and new developments.
• Design, develop, and unit test technical solutions.
• Support SIT and UAT phases while establishing review processes and checklists.
• Manage production turnover documentation, deployment, and warranty support.
• Coordinate delivery between onshore, offshore, and client teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency with Informatica and Teradata.
• Strong SQL skills using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience working with Hive.
• Background as a Data Analyst.
• Functional knowledge of banking domain processes.
• Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) workflows, including transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, and case management.
• Ability to interpret complex business rules related to AML.
