Description

You will design, develop, and maintain data applications using Oracle, Informatica, Python, and Unix technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ETL processes using Informatica for data integration.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed design specifications.
  • Code, unit test, and support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Optimize application performance and tune SQL queries for database efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while documenting configurations.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience building solutions with Oracle, Informatica, Python, and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL, including stored procedures, functions, tables, and triggers.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Pandas and Streamlit.
  • Proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
  • Experience with Oracle database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
