Description

You will build and maintain data pipelines using ETL processes, focusing on Markit EDM, Sybase or Oracle, and Autosys.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test ETL mappings and workflows.
• Write and test SQL queries or stored procedures to create report data sets.
• Document high and low-level technical design specifications.
• Plan and execute changes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Identify root causes and resolve issues in SIT, UAT, and Production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with ETL processes, specifically Markit EDM.
• Proficiency in Sybase or Oracle Database administration.
• Hands-on experience with Autosys Job Scheduler.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Perl for file movement.
• Expertise in developing and tuning Stored Procedures and SQL.
• Experience designing and developing complex data flows.
• Familiarity with the full Software Development Lifecycle.
