Description

Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of complex automation environments, data structures, and ETL pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts for 60+ workflows and their interdependencies.
• Design, implement, and tune SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Create and maintain SSIS packages to ensure data integrity and scalability across integrated systems.
• Contribute to backend application development and system integration using .NET or C#.
• Produce technical documentation, including ERDs, workflow dependency maps, and system design documents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT and data environments.
• Expert-level PowerShell scripting and automation management.
• Advanced SQL Server expertise, including T-SQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SSIS development and data pipeline design.
• Application development experience using .NET or C#.
• Strong ability to reverse-engineer undocumented systems into maintainable documentation.
• Proven experience in technical writing, workflow mapping, and data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience mentoring developers or technical leads.
